The credit card scanner wasn't, as always working at the pump. Gave the clerk my debit card and told her I wanted to fill my tank. She took the card and I put fuel in my truck. Went back in and she, without my authorization, took $50 off my account. She said she had to in order for me to get fuel. When I asked her why she did that? She said she was too busy to come outside and tell me that she did that. She lied and said there were 5 customers in line. There were only 2 people in and out of the store since I got there. Now, I have to wait for my bank to reissue my money back to my account. I will never be back there. Speedway just got a new customer.

Have had nothing but many awful experiences when one certain employee works. The last two days I have been handed my own paper bag (have been out of plastic bags for several days) but that isn't it, this employee tosses a bag at me and says I have to bag my purchase myself and goes on to say she hurt her shoulder and someone called in. I won't say the name of the employee that called in but she did and she has a Dr's note stating that she is not to work the register therefore I had to put my things in the bag myself. Wow have never had that happen to me before much less two times.
