I was referred to WOW in January 2024 for a remote for my truck. Earlier this month, I tilted the steering wheel up and the truck cut off. The truck was towed to the dealership who discovered that the remote installer(s) botched the wiring located in the steering column which resulted in the ignition wiring being severed when I tilted the steering wheel. WOW has thus far refused any culpability. I am now awaiting a court date to resolve the matter.

Don't buy anything from here!!! They over price everything they don't listen to what you want they try to sell you garbage thats way over priced. I know u need someone to hook it up.... well the installers are worse then the salesmen. They dnt care about your vehicle they just shove the subs in hope they fit and call it a day. Not even that but I had to get my car professional cleaned after how dirty they got the inside. Do ur homework but from the online website from the manufacturer its alot alot cheaper!!!!!!

I bought a Groupon offer. Automatic start. When I picked my car up. They said I bought one that I didn’t need. They put on a cheaper one and said we gave you a lifetime warranty for the difference in money. Months later, I noticed that my tail lights didn’t always come on with the switch. Actually got pulled over by the police for this. Then this past month. My car wouldn’t start with the key or the button. We wiggled wires under the steering wheel to get my car to start. I had wow just take the thing off and after 2 weeks. My tail lights are acting up again and I am probably gonna have to take my car to the dealer ship. My car was 4 years old with 25,000 miles, when I went to wow. Never had a problem before this. Bought the car new
