The little lady was absolutely amazing. She helped my twin daughter's find their prom shoes. She was the sweetest lady! I wish all store staff was as sweet and kind. I bought my wedding shoes from here over 22 years ago. I highly recommend ?

Phenomenal customer service. I walked in and Laura greeted me and asked if I was finding everything ok. As she was helping me, another customer needed assistance. I love the atmosphere here, the ladies that work here are very friendly and very helpful. They have a large, large selection of shoes here however I was only able to find two pairs of shoes that I would wear. Some of the clothing is really really nice but, everything is so pricey. But I guess that's the world we live in now, everything costs more. Overall this is a great store to shop

Purchased boots on 1/19/22, and allegedly delivered 1/24/22. I was home while UPS allegedly delivered my boots, but they never knocked nor do I think they dropped anything off. I was hoping it was mistakenly marked delivered and would show up in a few days, but this was not the case. I submitted a request on the Shop app to the seller that I never received the item and didn't get a response. Called my credit card, and they couldn't reach the business as well. Took a chance ordering from out of state, and alas no shoes, feeling scammed.
