This establishment is TERRIBLE, Toni, Gina, and Jennifer are extremely immature and unprofessional, I wouldn’t go to this place I wouldn’t bring anyone to get their hair but. Jennifer is drunk when she cuts peoples hair and Gina gets High in the parking lot then cuts hair while high. An over all horrible establishment with immature workers. I wouldn’t even call them hair stylist. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

If I could give zero stars, I would. WORST HAIRCUT EVER! The woman who did my hair should have her license revoked. She is not a hairstylist. She is a butcher. Avoid this place like the plague.

It says there open till 7pm went in at 530 was told that they weren't able to give me a cut I allways tip very well she said she had another appointment after work very unprofessional if it says your open till 7 work till 7 or Change the hours on your site. But to be honest the place has gone down hill every since the owner switched from fantastic Sam's so I guess I find a new place that is appreciative sad been going there for years

I give this place 5 stars. I’ve never gotten a bad haircut in 3 years. My roommate told me to just get a trim, and I took her advice. Gina, the stylist tried to give advice that I needed a shaped cut. When I got home I realized a trim wasn’t “ cutting” it and Gina got me in immediately and recut my hair for free. This is excellent customer service, and 40 years of experience. Thanks gals, for being a great place to get a good solid cut, in a friendly atmosphere! Tracey

They totally didn't listen to what I wanted! My hair is down to my butt. It is blonde. The roots grew out and needed to be lightened. Instead they colored my whole head the same color as my roots!!! Then wanted to bleach it!ILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMENDED TO NO ONE!!!!Service: Hair coloring

I've been coming to this place for years to get my haircuts. Last couple of haircuts tho my hair has been messed up with either choppiness or unevenness.

The hairdresser butchered my husband's hair really bad. He stopped the haircut and walked out. This woman did a horrible job.

I did not like the way she cut my hair. Plus I asked her when she gives me a shampoo and conditioner if she could massage my head because I was in so desperate need for VIP treatment but that didn't happen either.
