“On Friday July 12, 2024 I made a same day appointment to pep boys with not a clue what was wrong with my car. They were able to inspect my car and explain to me thoroughly what needed to be fix. I was given multiple coupons on my estimate even though the prices were already very reasonable. I was treated like a family member and I was driving my car home by the end of the day. It has been a week and I’ve had no problems. Definitely will be returning for all my other car troubles!”

“Just got off the phone with these guys and super helpful and nice !!! Truck is a little to big for their lift and he told me that right away but he still sat on the phone and offered some helpful knowledge just to help me make sure what the issue is .. so many companies if they don't get ur business just want to hang up and get on with the next one but he was actually helpful and willing to talk with me even though he knew my truck was just a little to big for what I need him to do !!! Thanks will call next time for other repairs if need be”
