Ok here we go AGAIN .. Dear swank my order is missing outfit. I really would like for u to overnight my missing item. This is the second time u messed up. First u sent me some sz 7 hit pink shorts I did not order and I'm a sz 16.. NOW..second order u don't send me my cut out black sweater. With the amount of money u collect I ask that u review orders when leaving. No coupon can replace ur mistake..just over night my items. U make me wait 24 to 48 hours like I'm in the wrong when both situations THE CUSTOMER THAT makes SWANK IS RIGHT AGAIN.. PLEASE SEND ME MY OUTFIT ASAP.....

Swear these are the BEST jeans for all women who are curvy and have problems finding the right fit. They're stretchy and deff the most comfortable jeans I've ever bought. I'm usually a size 12 in jeans but with these it takes me down to a 7.

So I purchased about eight pairs of Super Swank High Waist Stretchy Jeans yes I love them , but the black pair the zipper broke, and I was so heartbroken, and I asked the online customer service department if they would be willing to make an exception of letting me return it and get a replacement. But they said no!! I’m disappointed about the return policy because it is horrible and two week only !! This is really horrible return policy in my opinion ! Also, I haven’t had the pants very long I purchased them after Christmas going into 2024 ! I don’t want my money back I just want to do an exchange !! After purchasing all Jeans you would’ve thought they would’ve just made an exception for me return least one of them so I can get a replacement!!!I am so disappointed after all the money I spent, and they wouldn’t make an exception. I’m most likely will not purchase in the near future , Because of the fact I don’t believe they don’t value their customers. Like I said, I already reached out to customer service. They’re not very helpful.!!! Pure disappointment!!

Loved the color!!! It’s just as pictured. Shipping was fast! And the fit was awesome… I’ already have a few pair of other jeans from here so I was expecting the quality to be great! And it was just as I anticipated…

Order a white blouse online didn't like the fit . Wanted to return the item found out that they don't do refunds . They only issue swank gift cards . Now I am stuck with this blouse because I send it back I have to pay shipping fees which I don't mind , but if I purchase something else I have to pay for the shipping fee twice. Once to ship the item back and again to purchase a new item. Not worth the headache I will give the blouse to a women shelter. Buyer Be Aware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
