Ha this place.. it's really close to my house. So I would go to this place at least once a day get gas, pop, cigs whatever. So I go there like usual, I'm 20 cents shot on what I want to get. So I ask them if it's cool he said yeah at first I give him my dollar thirty he drops it out to count it out, one quarter rolls to the side he doesn't count it and then says he can't do that. So I say ok I'll just get one then. He gives me 30 cents back but not my other quarter he didn't l
