Quoted me $800 to come do my windshield when a shop down the block on Gratiot named EK Auto Glass did my windshield, recalibration, everything for $255. Whoever uses this service is getting ripped off.

I will definitely use Safelite again. The technician was really nice and took pride in his work. Very happy with installation and how he went above and beyond to make sure all the glass was cleaned out of my car.

Had a not so stellar experience earlier this year, when the mobile repair brought out the wrong windshield but I can’t blame the local shop for this… and they made it right the same day by coming out later on that day to do the replacement with the correct windshield!This past month had a stellar experience dropping my vehicle off for a rear glass replacement. Was done well and as promised with no hassle whatsoever.Hoping I don’t need to visit again in the near future, but for any vehicle glass needs I will be returning here!

Brought my car to Safelite after my windshield was cracked by a rock driving on I-696. Everyone was super helpful. I really like that they called me the next day to make sure that I was satisfied with the services. I hope I don't have to deal with this issue again however, if I do, I will definitely go to Safelite.

I had my windshield replaced last week - made the appointment a day or so in advance. I chose the drop off by 9:30AM option and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I was called to come in for pick up. Everyone I spoke with was nice and my windshield was fixed as expected - no complaints!

Had a windshield installed at my home through a different location. I specifically requested and my insurance paid for an OEM windshield. They installed an aftermarket and argued with me telling me it's what the manufacturer uses now (complete lie). Someone called me from customer service and sent me to this location. They immediately noticed the other location installed an aftermarket windshield and made it right for me. I got my OEM windshield in within an hour and they very friendly!
