My son and I stopped in today so he could get some N64 games for a console he bought from an estate sale. He was trying to decide which game to get and Chris hooked him up with a great deal for the 2 he was torn between! He also went above and beyond and tested the N64 system (that again we didn't purchase from them) and cleaned it up for him along with the games too. Great customer service and we will be going back to Reboot for any future gaming needs. We appreciate the extra care with our purchase. Thank you!!

I generally don't write reviews for business but I felt I had to for these guys. I brought my 2 year old Lenovo laptop in with a broken lid. The hinges got stiff and the lid snapped off. They were very professional. I have to admit I was nervous but they put me at ease. The cost of the labor and parts were real reasonable. It only took a week to fix. They had to order parts. I highly recommend them. The store also had a lot of neat things in it. Don't go to best buy or micro center. Use these guys faster and cheaper!Scott

One stop shop! I had a great overall experience across a wide range of products/services. I was able to get my Game Boy game repaired with a new battery. They updated my Game Boy with a new shell, screen and added features that enhance game play. It really has made a noticeable difference! Absolutely nailed the "Green" shell cover that I requested and the employees were happy and professional when helping me. (I'm horrible with names or I'd mention them! lol) Also, they were able to repair my iPhone with relative ease and expense! I also received what I felt was fair trade in value for my unwanted games, which helped pay for some of my bill. I highly recommend this place for your gaming and iPhone repair needs!

After a different store screwed me over saying that the vintage game console was tested when it clearly wasn't, these amazing peeps at Reboot helped save the day.I bought an Odyssey 2 from a different used game store and they even say on their receipt and in store when I bought it that it was tested and cleaned up. I got it home and it wasn't, it was missing a part. I questioned the store about it with no help, all they said they could do was in store credit. I was pitching in with other family members to get this for my dad so in store credit wouldn't have done him any good and his face lit up so much seeing the game console again.I was so sad but called around for someone to help, and it was Reboot to the rescue. Such amazing peeps working there and so helpful. I am so thankful they were able to get it working, my dad spent the rest of the day playing all the games. He was like a kid again.Thank you so much Reboot staff for all your help and for helping us make this gift happen.

Our Nintendo Switch wasn't working. Took it to Reboot after another repair shop had it for weeks, returning it to us unfixed, unable to repair. Reboot was able to diagnose issue in a matter of minutes! Picked it up repaired and working in 2 days!! Staff was attentive, personable, and most importantly, knowledgeable! Cost was acceptable and I appreciated the advance notice of upcharge if credit card was used. Highly recommend!

I don’t come here often cause I’m a semi-gamer, but my boyfriend is up here all the time and anything he has a question with it’s always answered and anything he needs fixed is always able to get fixed at a good price and they are quick. I highly recommend going here :)

Their classic game selection is interspersing, but their prices are about equal to Pricecharting. So better dealers are on eBay.As for consoles:I bought a new top loader modded for hdmi and it wouldn’t work. They said they gave me the wrong cords and it caused a short. They fixed it. It worked but if u even lightly touched the console or cords it freaked out and crashes. I feel like it barely works.Later, I bought a ps2 off them. 2 games after—I finished lunar and played persona 3–it’s was struggling and refusing to load discs.Buying used consoles—it’s cheaper on eBay and may last a lot longerClassic games—cheaper on eBay but funner to find in person.I don’t think I’ll shop here again.

I got my iPhone repaired it was quick, the workers are polite and really down to earth. The store is amazing for anime lovers with anime statues, posters, games and more.
