Just had 2 fine young men ( Terrance & Nassir) come to my residence and remove a sleeper sofa and loveseat. Terrance and Nassir both were pleasant and professional from the moment they arrived to the time they departed. They were also very eager and patient in answering any and all questions/concerns I had. The 2 pieces I had were heavy and bulky! They carefully got them through a small space (hallway) and out the door with no damage to my walls, floors, or doors. Very Happy with the entire process! I also am more than pleased with the quick scheduling and more than fair pricing, which I say Thank You to the owner (Damian) for! I called Liberty via a Google search on Monday 7/24, and All Is Done Tuesday 7/25! Really Impressed Big Time and Will Call on them again, FOR SURE!

If I could give this company a zero star, I would! They were late coming to move my daughters belongings and then when they got to her storage unit, they tried to charge her 60 dollars right then and there and they called it a long walk fee. Something they just made up. The agreement was to pay $150 per hour for a professional, moving company. My daughter signed a paper that showed her start time which was after 3 o'clock. At the end of the move, the workers stapled a contract to the start time sheet that my daughter signed a contract that we had never seen until that point. This company was so terrible. They broke up a lot of my daughters things they were so disrespectful. There was one man very out of shape with dreadlocks. He was so angry that my daughter was moving from the third-floor even though they were aware at the time of booking. He was mad so he started throwing her belongings onto the truck like a football! I was standing on the balcony videotaping the whole incident. Please, please do not hire this company. The owners name is Damien and all he does is patronize you on the phone it's like he's happy when people call and complain because some kind of way it amuses him. Warning, he's a crook! Only one of the guys he sent to our home actually physically move items to the truck. The guy with dreadlocks was completely lazy he sat on the bumper of the truck and was rapping to music the whole entire time. We ended up being charged for four hours, but the move didn't even take that amount of time. The two movers were so disrespectful. One of them even called my daughter A bitch! We had to end up calling the police to help us because we didn't feel safe. Do not use this company because if you do, you're going to end up donating your furniture to the Goodwill or you'll have to throw it right into the dumpster. His workers are argumentative, aggressive and very dishonest. The owner is a shady crook!

Damian’s team did our house and condo move in the same day. As long as you don’t mind the workers staying late, it’s well worth the reasonable prices they charge. Movers were extremely nice and even moved some furniture to the garage for us that we weren’t taking with us. Fair prices and great service.

All the employees were very serious about their jobs and made sure all of my things were well prepared and packaged for moving and the owner is awesome and very professional. Plus the prices were reasonable. If you’re looking for a company to good with this is the one!

We're a digital marketing agency that has worked with Damian at Liberty Moving and Storage LLC for over a year now. We do not like leaving negative reviews. Damian has left us with a past-due invoice for services as well as past-due ad accounts. He does not honor contracts and will ignore you when it comes to paying his accounts. He is forcing us to seek legal assistance to resolve this. Stay far away from this company unless you want him to scam you out of thousands of dollars.

Liberty Moving \u0026 Storage LLC moved provided a superb moving service 11/16/22. From the initial quote and booking with the owner Damien was extremely professional, honest, and patient. Best value around. His crew showed up the day of the move on time and ready to work. Each crew member worked fast and efficiently while moving my things. I definitely recommend and would rehire them again for moving services.

Very good, honest \\u0026 respectable man. He has GREAT WORKERS. I have jewelry and so much valuable belongings that I thought was going to be misplaced or gone and EVERYTHING was intact and still there.

They were very rude he did not explain the process the correct way they when we said it's not in the contract he said it's common sense like we were stupid. We never ask him to bring it back and put it up but when he told us about the service he never said a price but then to say common sense.. anyone with common sense would never had agreed to pay $189 a hour not for 1 hour let along 4 Damien the owner needs to have a class on how to talk to people and no he's not always rt . Then they don't wrap or protect anything you have .. so do not go here they rip you off and so sad black owed

The the guy that helped me today were so professional, they were very Immaculate, Swift and very careful with my moving items. They were very respectful I really appreciate that. They offered to help set up the bedroom sets & my livingroom set although I told them I did not need their help i respect the fact that they offered. I have a black marble bedroom set that I know it's very heavy they did not complain about it at all. I have had movers in the past they have complained about how heavy the bedroom set is. The young man even moved a refrigerator for me which I greatly appreciate. I appreciate the owner, he was very professional when I was telling him what I needed move at the time I needed. I even had to change a date, then I had to reschedule the time and he still accommodate my needs . Very Immaculate. Very professional. I would recommend anyone to use Liberty Moving and Storage for their moving needs. I definitely will call them anytime I need anything. The rates were excellent for my budget as well. No hidden fees or cost.
