“I Live In Downtown Detroit I Came Way Over There On 12Mile /Hoover Just To Do My Laundry How Glad I Was This Laundry Mat Was Extremely Clean The Staff Was Extremely Nice And Helpful And When The Washer I Was Using Just Stopped Like Literally Froze While Washing The Young Lady Politely Stopped What She Was Doing And IMMEDIATELY Came and Figured Out What Happened It Had Something To Do With The Machine I was Very Satisfied This Laundry mat Wasn't Crowded There Wasn't Any Sitting Watter On The Floor's Actually There Staff Consecutively Sweeps/Clean There Washers/Dryers Are All Up To Date((BRAND NEW))) I Even Was Allowed To Bring My Service Animal They Never Gave Me Any Problems About My Service animal I Give This Laundry mat 5 Stars And My Opinion Other Laundry Mats Could Learn Some Things From Them (((Oh And Tuesday's They Dry For Free) Although The Day I Went Wasn't Tuesday Lol Then Also On Tuesday They Have Half Off on There Jumbo Washers (((( I Say Signs Posted THAT'S HOW I NO”

“I'm an OTR driver, and whilst waiting for a load out of Wolverine I noticed this place, aiming to do my bedding and two weeks of laundry. I called ahead and the clerk was friendly and concise. There is parking for a bobtail, but it's a tight fit, although they don't seem to mind if you park along the curb. Even if you have a ridiculous amount of laundry, these folks have huge washers to accommodate it. They also have an ATM and a coin machine, which both worked fine for me. The next time I need laundry done around these parts, I'm heading back there.”

“So pleased with the service here. I dropped off a wool skirt I had bought from a thrift store. The skirt had a crease down the middle. It must have been folded for a while. And it looked a little shabby.I picked it up today and it looks brand new! I’m so happy.On top of that, the service is so friendly. I don’t know how she remembered what I dropped off as soon as I walked in. Really really happy with the quality and care here. I’d recommend this dry cleaner to anyone.Service: Eco-friendly cleaning”

“I had a great experience there for my first time at a laundromat! A lady named lavine was a huge help. Total it costed around 25-30 dollars to was my comforter and sheets as well along with around two loads worth of clothes. Very clean and convenient place to go to wash clothes.”

“I don't usually write reviews. I did because I'm very pleased with entire experience. My first impression was very good. I called first to see they launder shirts and if they had same day service. There aren't many dry cleaning locations still around that offer both, they did. The price was reasonable and my white shirts came back looking great. I would definitely recommend this place for laundering shirts.”
“Best in town. I’ve been going here for 15+ years. End of winter I take all my winter coats in. They come out looking brand new. Having dogs that shed a lot is a struggle. He’s also repaired so many of clothes over the years. Recently repair a blanket for my son. Looks brand new.”
“I've been searching for a new dry cleaners since I moved here. I read a bunch of reviews online and I stumbled upon this one. I like that it is located right down the street from my apartment and downtown. It allows me to get multiple things done while I'm picking up or dropping off my dry cleaning. I have no complaints. The people working the front desk were super nice and helpful. My dry cleaning was ready when I arrived this past Saturday and everything was the way it should be. This will definitely be my new dry cleaners.”

“I always get my clothes when I want or need them. They even hemmed a dress for me at a very reasonable price. I recently brought my daughter's wedding dress there, which was completely disgustingly dirty from an outdoor wedding, and I couldn't believe how great they cleaned it! It looks like brand new!!! They seem to be a very nice older couple that have been in the business for a long time. I have to admit I did leave for a few years and tried a different place, mainly because Henry's facility seemed so dirty, I couldn't imagine them cleaning my clothes. But having recently gone back, I noticed they have done some updating at least in the lobby area and it looks cleaner. I will continue to take all my clothes here to be cleaned. Thank you!”

“Great service! Really nice couple that owns it. My dress shirts nice and clean and white around the collar and sleeves! Many cleaners not very good at that. They are quick and take credit cards. Some cleaners don’t which is annoying.”
“I've only used them 3 times had one issue with them but going to give them another try was reading the reviews because I need alterations done.
I said I'd never use them again but mistakes does happen.
The only issue I had was the way the situation was handled.
I never try to get anything free, I pay my way.
I thought maybe because I had to rush my order the accidently missed a pair of my pants instead of having 3 outfits to wear when I went out of town I had 2 but when I called them he was talking like I was trying to get over on them.
But they really do have good prices”

“Just as a previous reviewer has stated 4 years ago, they continue to produce exceptional results on my military uniforms. I was rather pleased to see the professional tailoring on my Navy Working Uniforms and my Dress Whites as if I had taken them to the Navy Exchange. Don't go expecting a friendly conversation, however, without any instruction, they know exactly what needs to be done. I was apprehensive at first considering there is little to no Navy presence in the state of MI, but, overall I'm very pleased with their service and will continue to return.”
“My dryer went out so I had to go to the laundromat, it was nice to dry for free. Enough washers and dryers were available for all the families that were there washing. The washers were a little pricey but since you dry for free, still saved a few bucks. Would recommend to others!”
