I have been taking my cats to Dr Cozy for the last 6 years. Everyone here is always very compassionate and caring. Can't imagine taking my cats anywhere else! Highly recommend ?

I’m sad that the rescue we got our dog from has to use them. First visit there they barely checked him out, I had to ask for each thing to be looked at, then what they gave us for his eye didn’t help. I wanted the vet’s opinion on his age. Staff asked me what I thought.
Although the fixing of our rescue dog went well, and the incision looks great, no aftercare instructions were given, and no meds. I was given a paper Rx and told that any pharmacy would have it (Carprofen). Not so. I spent the whole hour drive home calling various pharmacies to find it.
Costco has a lot of vet meds, FYI.
I’ve never left a vet office without any meds. At least they could have offered 2 pills, for which I would have gladly paid, just to not have to worry about finding the pain med til the next day.
It would be extra disappointing if this is how they treat rescue dogs vs others since many of the other reviews are better than this.
Would be 1 star but 2 stars since staff were at least nice and one of them helped me get the dog into my car.

Dr Cosi is a saint. She has helped several of our senior cats and when she had to put one of them down 2.5 yrs ago; she was so nice and kind and compassionate to us. Lmfao at some of the reviews on here.

The vet seems like she really does care and the staff was pleasant HOWEVER we ended up spending $250! $90 was for eye drops that they sell anywhere online for $15!!!! I will be back and I will ask 1000 questions and I will want the prices on every single thing that they do before I proceeded what a rip off !!you guys should be ashamed of yourself Prices like that for something we can get online for way cheaper never again!!!Y’all got over this time, but it will not happen to me again

Our vet here is amazing and the team is as well you cannot beat these prices or the care received they care about your pet and I have already referred not only my father in law but brother in law as well!

I am thrilled to have found Dr. Cosi at Eastpointe Animal Hospital. She is genuinely concerned about my dog’s allergies and also was very gentle. I will be transferring my dog’s record to Eastpointe Animal Hospital♥️

This place is horrible. The doctor didn't even touch my dog to check her. My dog was lethargic, not eating nor drinking. I found a small whole, what looked like some type of bug bite, under her belly. The doctor told me she didn't know what to tell me. She doesn't know what's going on. Then the caucasian lady at the front desk was very rude. She was getting loud with me, kept slamming her hands on the desk and rolling her eyes. My dogs "insect bite" is not getting any better, it's been a week. I am now trying to find remedies on the internet. Do not go here! They are rude, and lack care and empathy for their patients and owners! I would give 0 stars if I could!

I wish I had come to Eastpointe Animal Hospital before going to two other vets that didn't seem interested in finding out what was wrong with our dog. Thanks to Dr. Cosi, he was properly diagnosed, started on medication and if finally feeling better! Dr. Cosi is amazing, and we have found our new vet!
