Unfortunately, customer services has plummet. I remind loyal until now. Everytime I go, the last they do. No- to checking my lights, excuses- to checking tire pressures, and here - place your own sticker in the window. lol

So, I needed my oil changed. I had to drop something off next door, so I went in. They told me the price, and then he opened my hood and said, "No, it won't be $66 because this takes eight quarts of oil." I was never told that before, so I asked if I could verify that for my engine. Two young men were standing there, and all of a sudden, I heard them laughing. So, I asked them both if I was a joke. The one with dreads in his hair, who was a little thicker, said that yes, I was a joke... with an attitude. Mind you, I was flabbergasted. This goes to show you that nobody has any self-control or class out here. I proceeded to tell him to get some love and God in his life because his attitude sucks. Unbelievable humans... SO THEY LIED TO POCKET THE MONEY?? No one should go to a place that scams.
He's mad I got more heart than him...in every way. ALSO BELOW IS MY CAR OIL REQUIREMENTS .SOOOOO..THAT'S WHY I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT..CAUSE ITS NOT TRUE.. THANKFUL I FOLLOW GOD NOW..

This place was great at one time when when Dee owned it even after he sold it I continued to bring my work vans and personal vehicles there hoping to get the same service and in the beginning it was great but then I started to see a change as I was seeing a bunch of 1 gallon dirty jugs sitting on the shelf and when they put my oil into my vehicle it was unsealed and looked like it was drum oil as they were doing this I got out of my vehicle and walk to the back shelf where they couldn't see me and confirmed my suspicions that there was a bunch of unsealed oil jugs so be careful going there you might not get the right oil that you are paying for

My experience com to oil changing spot on Gratiot has always been very helpful, pleasant group of young men. They are very honest and observant. I have been coming here for years.
