If I could rate less than ZERO I would! The store part and Photos I've no issue, but the pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service!! Utterly abhorrent. You don't shout at customers because they don't understand every aspect of how health insurance works. Unbelievable! And forget them ever answering the phone, to be on hold for 10+ minutes is a given. Walgreens I guess.

CVS is my go to place. I always use my coupons and my $10 that i get from signing up for CVS bucks. Employees always friendly and helpful.

I live in the neighborhood and this store never picks up the garbage on their property. It looks awful, I really wish the city would say something. The manager is not very nice either!

Terrible, custom service.No greetings when you come through the front door picked up a prescription stood there for like 10 minutes. Before anyone acknowledged I was there.Everyone's seems like they have a attitude all the time.

They have TERRIBLE employees who Make a million excuses for why they are incompetent to do their jobs. One hour photo order sitting there for 3 hours and the ignorant fools gave about 5 excuses as to why its not ready, and hung up on me 3x and my spouse 2x. Cvs ruined my son's graduation party boards because they were TOO LAZY to do their jobs. The manager was more concerned that she came in at 3:30 than she does helping customers who pay $126 for photos. TRASH

5 stars for the pharmacy...just transferred all my sons scripts here last month...auto refills, 3 months at a time when we were told we couldn't do that from our prior pharmacy (who were a smaller independant...good people..just more and more issues and problems every pickup)....nothing out of stock....
Great service and appreciated!
