Very difficult to get in contact with a human. Tried to set up a new prescription service but couldn't get a hold of someone and when I did I was put on hold. I guess CVS isn't getting my service.

I had to go to this store because the Hoover-11 store closed, sadly. The pharmacy staff at is store is absolutely awesome!!! I have been having trouble getting a script refilled, so I called today and spoke with a young lady, whose name I did not get, but she was so patient, explaining to me what went wrong when it transferred from store-to-store. Big thumbs up??, Pharmacy Staff! Thank you.

Found what I was looking for with ease, check out was fast,the store was clean. The cashier was pleasant and asked if I found everything okay. Definitely would refer family and associates

Lead Pharmacist and staff were very helpful and informative, which is helping me try to locate a very specific type of medication. Thank you a ton. Even though short staffed, they do their best to serve others.
