I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received in this store... The staff was extremely kind, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and even research potential solutions to mind current needs.
I don't know what I was expecting, but the customer service, and affordability has made not only cricket, but this exact location my " go to store " for all of my cell phone/mobile hotspot needs.

I am so Grateful for Kanaia Helping me today. My metro phone was broken. Kanaia took her time and helped me. I got there right before closing. She explained the plan and helped me transfer my old phone. Very professional kind and helpful. I recommend you go see her.

This was the greatest experience I've ever had purchasing a phone. Not only was I able to get the best Samsung device which I wanted but I was able to do it for a great value with no worries! Queen took amazing care to help me with the product I wanted for a price I could afford with attention to all of my questions and the details that mattered! Thank you for the great experience!

ON 02/04/2023 I WENT TO GET A REPLACEMENT PHONE FROM A CRICKET STORE. THE SALEMAN (DENARIO C) PICKED OUT A PHONE FOR ME. BEFORE CHECKING OUT HE SAID IT TAKES FOREVER TO DOWNLOAD CREDIT CARD MACHINE .HE ASK ME TO PAY IN CASH. I WENT TO NEAREST CITIZEN BANK & GOT 400 I RETURNED & GAVE DENARIO $355. HE SAID HE WOULD EMAIL ME A RECEPT HE NEVER DID, SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO RETRIVE A RECIEPT WERE IN VAIN. ON 02/20/2023 I WENT TO GET A RECIEPT FROM THE CRICKET STORE THE MANAGER (QUEEN) PRINTED ONE FOR ME. LOOKING AT THE RELIEPT I NOTICED IT WAS FOR $182.67. WHEN I SAID THAT WAS THE WRONG AMOUNT DENARIO CALLED ME A LIAR, IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT AN OLDER GENTLEMAN CAME IN. DENANO SAID I'LL TAKE CARE OF HIM, HE WAS HERE IST. THE GENTLEMAN PAID IN CASH (THIS WAS ON 02/04/2023 ALSO)THE MANAGE SAID SHE WOULD INVESTIGATE 4 GET BACK TO ME IN A COUPLE HOURS. SHE NEVER DID. I was taking advantage of cuz I was an older lady

I called 3 other cricket store looking for Samsung 20s or 21. The gentleman that spoke with me was polite and respectful. He gave me good advice to buying the phone online. Since the phone was not in stores. I wish I could of gotten his name.

Sold us a phone claimed it had 64 GB. IT HAS 16, Most apps won't work. Claims, "I don't know how that happened, must be a glitch, give it time". WHAT? Are you kidding me? Misrepresentation, failure to back product. Left hanging in the wind.

When ask about getting or interested in buying a phone the clerk wasn't helpful at all. He just sat there & l look around & the price of any phone l wasn't sure what price it was cause there was ten or more prices laying on the table. So l decided to leave & if no help in the next time l go to a Cricket store l Will take my business elsewhere !!

HorribleGot the run aroundReturned a phone suppose to get refund put back in my account but was told it would take 24 hrs to refund my money in my account. Went back 3 days later told him what's going on. Then he was told it will take 10 days from the return. Tired of there excuses.I was with them for 5 yrsWell there losing a customer.The place smells like weed made me sick.
