If I could take away stars I would. Staff was friendly initially but very soon I found they are clearly unorganized and unprofessional as a team. No one communicates therefore when you call for an update ( which I shouldn’t have had to if they were on top of business to begin with) no one knows what’s going on. Mike is HORRIBLE and became frustrated with me when I voiced how I had received mixed communication between him and Sonny he proceeded to yell and get in my face. Their customer service is worth about 2 pennys rubbed together. I would not recommend anyone to patronize this shop!

I had the best experience here. I had what I was calling Schrodinger's car. Sometimes it would start, sometimes it wouldn't. These guys fine tooth combed through my whole vehicle and finally found the problem. I would definitely trust them with my cars in the future.

Someone had stolen my catalytic converter. I brought my car to a different autoshop to replace it for $1,000. Immediately after my car was returned to me, the engine light kept blinking. I took it back to the other autoshop and they told me I had an internal engine problem and that it would cost me $4,000 to fix it. My engine only had 100,000 miles on it and this other autoshop were offering to replace it with an engine with 96,000 miles...for $4,000. It just didn't make sense; in one month, pay out $5,000 for my car? My sister told me about Clovers Collision. I brought my car here and they told me that the new parts placed for my catalytic converter were aftermarket parts (or something like that), and that their manual said to only use parts from Jeep. Clovers Collision did something ( I can't quite explain it cause I'm not a car aficionado). Bottom line, there was no internal engine problem. They fixed the issue for less than $300! I'm so grateful for this place. The most kind and genuine mechanics I have EVER MET!!! Mike was extremely personable. He took his time and explained everything. This place is a gem! You can TRUST them!

Took my vehicle in for a water pump and thermostat replacement. They only changed the water pump which was under warranty and told me the thermostat was fine. Had to take it back in less than a week later to actually replace the thermostat. Then they forgot to pressurize my coolant system so it spewed coolant everywhere so had to take it in a third time in less than 2 weeks. So now it’s not even a year later and the water pump and thermostat need to be replaced again. I will not trust them with another vehicle again.

Very nice people mike is awesome my water pump needed to be replaced so I drop of the van mike was nice enough to give me a ride back home 4 or 5 hours later mike picks me up and I pick up my van the job was done quick and great thanks mike

This post feels awkward. The customer service is great but the service is less than desired. I enjoyed talking with them but the service was sub-par. I wish them the best.
