I appreciate Haas, Angel, and the rest of the crew at Firestone. The few times my Chevy Malibu has problems and it was last minute, they were able to fix it and get it done in a quick time frame.

I needed my car towed and a new tire and wanted to know what all I was needing work on with my car and Angel was so helpful in explaining and showing me what was wrong with everything and was extremely patient and helpful with helping me with the application process for the financing services to make sure I had a safe vehicle for my kids to be in this winter.Highly recommend this Firestone location.Ask for Angel!

The customer associate that helped me was very attentive and professional. He made sure that I was informed during the entire service time. Angel quoted me a price and made sure to honor the price that was quoted. The service was done great.

If I could give a zero I would! HelloThis review is long but it MIGHT BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST to read it BEFORE you purchase a vehicle from JENNA MOTORS.I purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 4X4 from them a couple months back and got a one year service plan with a $100deductable. Two days after I purchased the truck the check engine light came on. I contacted JENNA MOTORS about the issueand they sent me to FIRESTONE CITY to have it repaired. I noticed the manager of FIRESTONE CITY was at JENNA MOTORS the day I purchased the truck.They said they replaced an O2 sensor and two ignition coil packs.Less than 50 miles of driving and the check engine light came back on.I called FIRESTONE CITY directly and they had me bring the truck back up there. After a four hour wait they told me they needed to keep the truck for a day or two to do a top half tear down because the lifters were bad on one side of the motor. Problem was they didn't have a loaner car available for me because another customer had it and wasn't returning it. After two weeks of getting the run around I decided to have someone else look at the truck. Turns out all that was wrong was the FUEL VAPOR CANISTER was plugged up. The part cost $182 at O'Reilleysauto parts and I changed it out myself in my driveway in less than 20 minutes. I believe the owner of JENNA MOTORS and The manager of FIRESTONE CITY are related and have a good scam going against the service plan company. The manager at FIRESTONE CITY actually calledthe service plan company and acted like he was me to get the approval to tear the engine down. You might want to rethink buying a vehicle from these people or getting any repair work done at FIRESTONE CITY.

My car broke down and my car insurance’s tow truck took me to this store. The mechanic was able to explain to me clearly what was wrong with my timer cable and I gratefully appreciated him providing clarity (since I don’t know much about cars). They were very responsive while it was being fixed, and super flexible with my timing to pick up my car since I’m a teacher. Would definitely use them again!Service: Brakes
