I normally love finding bargains at Big Lots, but on Friday, June 14th, at 7:20 pm the service was horrendous. This poor young girl working all by herself with a long line. The manager is M.IA. She called several times for assistance. I will forward this to corporate. Smh

My first and last time shopping here! Most of the stuff don't have a price tags! The floor is very dirty and sticky and the old man who was stocking the water is very rude! He didn't even say "excuse me" or waited for us to finish picking the stuff from the shelves! Clean the floor for God's sake!

Everything is VERY increased in prices went to buy window blinds they are small 27 inch they were 15.00 than had to wait in. line while one poor girl was alone at the cashier while there was like 12 people waiting. I went across the street to family dollar got the same blinds for 9.00 and was in and out. No more Big Lots for me

We go here all the time for stuff like paper products the big lot brand of paper towel and toilet paper is a good deal use the app and get $ 5.00 off $ 15.00 ot $10.00 off $ 40.00 cleaning supplies is also a good deal

This store is always a mess, last time I was there I walked around looking for someone to ask a simple question. I finally left because there wasn't anyone and I wasn't going too bother the 1 cashier they had.

Needs to be cleaned up. The man and woman in the back furniture department totally ignored me,they were too busy talking. Never even asked if I needed help. They actually watched me sit on some sectionals and still never offered help. Waste of money paying them to do a job they don't care about.

Customer service is okay, but they really have to work on keeping shelves stocked. I went in with a list of items to purchase and left with nothing. A lot of the shelves were half empty as if they were going out of business!
