I requested small braids and small part and once the ladies finished my hair I saw it wasn’t what I asked for. The young lady even asked me to see a picture of what I wanted and I showed them a picture from their TikTok page. I also expressed to them not to put a lot of product in my hair due to my hair texture and the young thought if she move the tray I wasn’t going to know she was still putting products in my hair. I must admit the last time they braided my hair they did a great job however I had the older/ more mature women braiding my hair and this time it was the younger ladies. I knew it was pointless to complain to them so I will just not return as a customer.

Stylist was rude when I walked to in to help with the style I wanted. I asked for a style and she just immediately told me no without an explanation or recommendation of something else. That was the rudest thing I have ever seen. If that is how customers are treated and would not want to any business with them.

I really love my hairstyle they we're very nice and friendly and worked very fast. You can pick out your hair or bring your own. I will definitely be going back there ?

I would never in my life go back to that place they need to close the building down. They have little girls working in the shop trying to play in your head and All that money that you spend. It’s nasty as hell in that place and not to mention in the middle of getting my hair done lady that was doing hair just passed right out and hit the floor

Extremely disappointed she did not complete any braid. The bottom half of each braid was left open. Not the tip the full bottom was open. She did not cut the frizzling strings of hair off. She left it knotted up. The box braids were a mess. It was a waste of time and money. They demand the money before they complete half of the hair. My first and last time going there.

It's OK. The staff is nice, my hair always come out nice. When you visit don't let the new braider do your hair. They are still learning and don't do a good job

Terrible parts are wrong braids are all over the place wanted me to pay before they even finished my hair and the braider was rude. 3 of my braids fell out I had to take my braids down in a week. Waste of 225

Very very disappointed! I paid 215 for some box braids medium. Not only do it looks like my two year old braided my hair, but the way she braided it I can only style it one way! This place isn't worth your time if you're used to quality African braiding. These braiders are quick, TOO QUICK. This is because they only all do large parts or braids. Despite me wanting small or medium sized braids they are not. I have some broken pieces in the center of my head I wanted these hairs captured for growth in this protective style. The parts are so LARGE that I already have my hair coming out after 2 weeks. Definitely not worth the $$$ price. I'm never going back.
