“This guy should teach classes in customer service!!My dad was a long-time customer. He purchased a 2011 Ford Edge battery for my car (2010) last November & we set it aside, kinda forgot to get to it.*My dad was fighting pancreatic cancer for over 2 years. He passed 12/23/23.*Two weeks ago, my battery died, went to swap battery & posts are on the wrong side! I called Earl's, explained the situation and with ZERO hesitation, the gentleman agreed to exchange 2011 battery for 2010 battery.This is why my dad went exclusively here for many many years. They're doing it right. Thank you so much for helping me AND honoring my father. ♡”
“From the first phone call to this location Nija( not sure if I spelled it correctly ). She was able to answer all of my questions and give advice regarding purchasing a battery. I arrived at the store and Tammy and Emanuel were also a great assistance. Although I didn't purchase the battery I felt that these 3 offered excellent human-to-human customer service. “All I can say is this place is great, the best battery hands down I could find anywhere price wise. As far as quality goes we will see. But their customer service is by far the best, they had a heck of a time getting my battery out and putting the new one in but they did it! Basically the battery had been in there for a long time and the nuts and bolts were pretty rusty. I would make this your first stop or phone call when looking for a new battery. I mean I paid half as much as what the cheapest battery I found at the big auto chain part stores. For a brand new battery.”

My battery died the other day and O'Reilly was the only place nearby that had my model in stock (and they had 5 compared to the zero at every other auto place in the area!) “If you're procrastinating on getting new wiper blades, freezing rain will absolutely remind you it's time. That being said, I quickly found my way to O'Reillys. Looked up what I needed on that computer thing near the blades, had a small panic at the cost and made my way to the counter. I was greeted with a warm smile by Robert. Who set me up with with a loyalty number and gently told me that there were some better (less ridiculously expensive) choices available. Found the best wiper blades for my Jeep and also had some great advice on product choices on the last minute "can you grab this" from my husband. Robert then came out without hesitation in the freezing rain and put them on for me. Exemplary service. Extremely knowledgeable. This man definitely deserves a raise. Thank you”

Excellent customer service especially with the random questions that the average customer has given due to issues with diy related repairs. Between MJ, Shay, Craig, Corvette and Don going above and beyond what they are required of is a great blessing to the community, culture and corporation at large. This is my go-to parts supplier even though it is possible to get cheaper prices the lower quality and lack of a reasonable warranty is cause enough for not trying to save a few pennies upfront and save money in the long-term ownership of your vehicle.”
