“I bought a washer and dryer here back in August/September. The first washer I got would not fill, I called them they brought me another one free of charge. The next washer wouldn’t agitate, called them and got another one once again free of charge. Everything has worked great since then. The dryer cord wouldn’t reach to the plug and they gave me a riser for free. A lot of people don’t like this place because the owner has an attitude, and yes he does but that’s just the kind of person he is. It isn’t against any of his customers. The owners son is amazing. I would do business here again in the future.”

“Best Buy truly lives up to its name. The prices are excellent and there’s name brands to choose from. Best Buy stands behind its product and makes sure you’re satisfied with your purchase . I was recently at the Novi store to pick up an order. when I arrived I was told my order was cancelled and refunded because it was no longer available although distraught and disappointed I tried not to show my frustration to the cashier. So I asked to speak with the manager Bob.

“I ordered a Wheel barrow that on line not once but twice it said it would be delivered. I called the manager told her what happened she apologized and said there were no more left at that price. She new I was upset as I waited for it to be shipped for 2 different days so asked if she could put me on hold for a few. This manager went ABOVE and BEYOND as there were no more left at that price she got me a wheel barrel delivered the next day and made it right, I would go to this Home Depot any time. I know there is a great women running this Location and I know they short staffed she makes it work.Thank for all you did for my Benefit to be GREAT”
