I’m a disabled veteran and at a young age on a very limited income! My dryer had a roller that went bad and on a Saturday (the day prior to Easter this year coincidentally) I called to hopefully secure the part. By luck they had one, and because it was used he said it would only be a couple bucks!!! He said I could text pictures of the roller to verify accurately that it was what I needed. He suggested so that I wouldn’t waste a trip there to find out it in fact wouldn’t work. I told him I’d definitely be in later that day. Not long after I realized the roller axle shaft had to be replaced as well and they are very expensive. He happened to have a used one as well! shortly before closing I text him to let him know I couldn’t make it (I’m unable to drive due to medical reasons now) and he surprised me by telling me the parts would be left for me in a safe location at his place of business to pick up at my discretion free of charge. Now he did not know I was a disabled veteran nor that I can no longer drive. He did this out of the kindness of his own heart! Having teenage kids and once a single father to them before meeting my amazing other half laundry has to get done lol! I was able to get there later that evening securethe parts and now my dryer is running perfectly! I learned their business is family owned and local. He’s not trying to get rich but just take care of his community! Please I would ask that if in need of laundry appliances and more support this amazing family owned local business! They are amazing and god bless them!

Place seemed okay but the refrigerator I purchased keeps going out not getting cold…. They came out once to fix now it’s doing the same thing. They are Nonchalant as hell. Already had to replace food and they’re just inconsiderate of that as if food is cheap. Be careful purchasing

Of course dryer broke down over holiday weekend. I was able to buy new drive belt on 12/30. After reassembling I realized roller wheel was also bad. Texted and setup a 1/2 service call. They came they fixed it within a few minutes it was done.Courteous, professional, prompt, high value add to just do service call.

I would leave these dudes no stars if I could I bought a fridge 4 months ago for $550 within 2 water leaking out the bottom of it I told them I told them about it and Polly the owner said he would fix it well 3 months went by he finally gives me another fridge did not even check it did not even do nothing and then I buy a dishwasher that doesn't drain from them the other day they do not check their appliances but anyway he give my mom another broken fridge that doesn't get cold and then he refuses to give our money back do not buy nothing from them they sell junk appliances that they buy from garbage Pickers

I rent my place and a power outage caused my fridge to break down, but my freezer still worked. After watching videos and reading as much as I could to see what was wrong I decided it took more skill than I had. I rent, so I texted my landlord and they got me an appt with AOK. It was the weekend, so I wasn’t really surprised they couldn’t come until Tuesday, but they said they’d shoot for earliest for me. Logan got here and fixed everything so fast! He was so kind and joked with me, and explained what happened with my fridge and what the problem was. I couldn’t believe how quickly he got it all done, and the price was totally reasonable for what he did. He even told me to have a safe move (I’m moving at the end of the month). Thanks, Logan! I finally have my ice maker working again and everything is COLD! :)

I've worked with Paul & his family for a few years needing appliance repairs & replacement when necessary. They are knowledgeable, fair, and show up when they say they will. I will always call them 1st & repeatedly refer them to anyone in need of these services.

We bought a used oven a few months back from AOK appliances for our rental and recently the igniter was not working properly. Despite being out of warranty the team came to check it out and ending up replacing the igniter free of charge. This company stands by their used appliances and are timely in responding. Would refer and use them again.

Aok appliance has been a tremendous blessing to us. I purchased a dryer from them when I first moved into my home 3.5 yrs ago. The company provides excellent customer service and they have quality appliances. Mr. Paul is very helpful, kind, and courteous. If your in need of appliances I recommend Aok located on nine mile and Hayes in Eastpointe.
