The service is terrible in the afternoon. Clerk doesn't load cards or play the lottery. He totally ignored me when I asked him a question ! They need to train the clerks ( some are nice on morning shift).

Need to hire people with better customer service. I don’t know who that clerk thinks he be talking to but he has a very rude attitude
