Very rude , They lost my business a long time ago when they went up on the prices and the quality start falling. Don't get me wrong. They were always a good quality cleaners but I don't know what happened when it came to their character they were rude and always rushy

Horrible customer service! Man spoke to me so rudely as in inquired about poor quality zipper repair. He told me I should've just bought a new item, and that he had to use glue! It's disgusting glue and white marks everywhere WILL NEVER RETURN!!

Too darn expensive for a couple of zipper repairs, a minor hole in a coat & hoodie. A string replacement ? but custom service was ok & he gave me $10 off.

Called to inquire on a price regarding replacement of a jacket zipper. I was told on the phone “I’ll charge you 25-35 dollars” . So I go the next day only to be told, they’ll charge me 60 dollars. I told them that’s not what was quoted on the phone and was told the extra amount was for labor?! Why mislead someone on price when that amount could have been said over phone?” Then had the audacity to say if I didn’t pay a lot of money for the jacket, I could look into getting a new one. It doesn’t matter if I paid $2,000 or $2, the fact remains I wanted the zipper replaced and was mislead and misquoted on a price. Went right over to Pro Clean and was quoted *25 dollars less*. Will never patronize this place again and will tell others to steer clear as well.

This a great dry cleaner and tailor shop. Don't spend big bucks when they do just as good of a job. The dry cleaners 2 doors down is WAY over priced.

This place advertised $2.25 laundry but that is only for a shirt. Very expensive. Last cleaning the messed up my blouse where the red bleed onto the white. Also states shoe repairs but they don't have anyone in there that repairs the shoes.

Highly recommend. Great service and prices. The thick wool peacoat I got cleaned cost around $12.50. The other 10 items that I got cleaned cost $2.75 each.

Thanks to the owner mean arrogant attitude. I found a much better professional low price cleaner.i suggest that you should seek anger management to better help your business bcuz you need it .you show no courtesy .I feel sorry for ur workers.i see why all the women left.im praying for you.
