Highly recommend! I came in with a family member to get a pair of good work shoes. Although, the store didn't have the brand I was looking for, the owner was very helpful and I got a comparable pair and my feet feel happy again! Thank you Jess!!

Great place to get quality shoes, clothes, fly fishing equipment, and outdoor gear. I have shopped here for years. I like to get most of my stuff here. It's my go-to shop for everything outdoors.

I drove over an hour to buy a kayak on the recommendation of a well-known kayak instructor and guide. When I arrived the owner and 2 other men were sitting on the front steps eating. I was told they were closed that day and it had been posted on their website. It was not posted and I asked him several times if I could come in and look at his kayaks as I planned to spend $1500-$2000 and driven from Alpena. He still refused. I was very upset and I stopped to talk to a lady on the street who referred me to a place in Grayling. Shortly afterwards he came around the side of the house and offered to call his wife to let me come in the store. I told him not bother I was going to Grayling and if they didn't have what I wanted I would go down state. The customer service is horrible and I will never recommend it to anyone.

This store & its new owner is amazing!! I did not know till recently that they have a huge variety of item to shop,even ski rentals!! I would absolutely recommend it!

Always awesome to come across a local business so integrated with the community. Well stocked with gear and clothing for the size of the shop. There are some camping essentials, ski supplies (classic), fishing, etc. Not to mention the staff member we got to work with was really helpful with items and local outdoor info.
