I kept my 25ft sailboat at Jerry's for this past winter season. Their prices were incredibly reasonable and they were great with scheduling the boat to come out of the water and get put back in come spring. They have new showers/bathrooms on premises and are midway through other facility upgrades. If you are passing through, it's worth the stop for their services. The location, right next to the state park, is also beautiful in its own right.

I can’t recommend Jerry’s marina enough. This family went above and beyond to get us our boat. I will never purchase another boat from anyone else going forward. I can’t recommend this family enough.

Had to have my 28ft sailboat hauled out of the water the other day for an inspection by an independent surveyor. I am happy to report the the employees at Jerry’s treated me with respect and my boat with care and professionalism that I have not seen before anywhere. I had several concerns about the boat and haul out process that the 3 employees went out of their way to successfully address. My sincere thanks to Jerry’s Marina for making a nerve wracking situation go perfectly.

Yikes. I'd rather be stranded at sea with scurvy than go here ever again. Website says they are open til 4:30, it's about 1:30. I call to check, no answer. Drive all the way to the end of the point. The lights are on and the door is open. I walk in and yell hello. Some guy comes out and yells at me. "What are you doing in here" I respond I am shopping. He says to go to Rogers in Oscoda.

Went in to see if they could take a part off my gear case that required a special tool. Was told he had to ask his mechanic. He never did ask his mechanic whole conversation last about a minute and a half. Then was told to try Murphy’s Bayside Marina down the street.

We just bought a brand new Crest pontoon boat from Jerrys Marine. Working with Terri and Jim was an absolute pleasure. Their price point was incredibly competitive and their service was top notch. They delivered our pontoon to us (all the way in West Bloomfield) incredibly quickly so we could enjoy it in time for 4th of July weekend. They helped make everything happen. We are thrilled with our boat and couldn’t recommend Jerry’s Marina more! 5 star experience!!!

I’d give a 0 star rating if I could! If you’re trying to get a boat worked on, be prepared to wait months. Place is a joke

After the end of last season, my wife and I decided to treat our elderly parents to a peaceful tour around the bay. However, what should have been a relaxing boat outing turned into a distressing experience that left us feeling deceived. Our troubles began shortly after our trip...To our utter surprise, we received a letter from the Marina a couple of weeks later, accusing us of damaging the propeller blade and demanding a hefty $500 for its replacement. The evidence they provided was a grainy black and white image, devoid of any timestamp or context. It felt like a deliberate attempt to mislead and exploit us. Keep in mind, we were accompanied by three individuals in their 80s, two of whom couldn't swim. Throughout our journey, we maintained a cautious speed and ensured we never ventured below 5 feet in depth. It is important to note that no inspection of the boat was conducted either before or after our visit. This whole ordeal raises serious concerns about the integrity of this business. It appears that they were intentionally targeting unsuspecting visitors, assuming we were unfamiliar with the area, in an effort to coerce us into covering the costs of their alleged equipment damage. Such tactics leave a bitter taste in one's mouth, as it suggests a blatant disregard for customer trust and a willingness to exploit people for their own gain.

Last season, we embarked on a tour of the bay with our elderly parents, seeking a pleasant outing. Little did we know that this seemingly ordinary boat excursion would unravel into a dubious scheme to deceive us. Our ordeal commenced shortly after we concluded our visit...To our dismay, a letter arrived from the Marina a week later, alleging that we had caused damage to the propeller blade and insisting on a hefty $500 payment for its replacement. Their evidence was a low-quality black-and-white image lacking a timestamp or any context. It felt like a deliberate ploy to mislead and take advantage of us. During the trip, we were accompanied by three individuals in their 80s, with two unable to swim. We proceeded cautiously, maintaining a slow pace and ensuring we never ventured below a depth of 5 feet. Astonishingly, no inspection of the boat took place either before or following our visit. These circumstances raise grave concerns regarding the integrity of this establishment. It appears they deliberately singled out unsuspecting tourists, assuming we were unfamiliar with the area, with the intention of coercing us into bearing the costs of their alleged equipment damage. Such unscrupulous tactics leave a sour taste, reflecting a callous disregard for customer trust and a willingness to exploit individuals for their own gain.
