Have been coming here for 5 years since college began, have sent my gf in with my ID and my debit card since I am disabled in a wheelchair. Today my 2$ wraps were not allowed to be processed even though my partner had my ID and my card and I was in the parking lot...that's a crazy hill to die on. I should be allowed to use my ID and card just like anyone else.
Staff was rude And idk if she was new but never had an argument over 2$ before.
The shop entrance and the shop in general is NOT wheelchair accessible. Seems like they only rely on under 18 customers now and dgaf about returning.
Bought a lot of glass and weekly wrap runs in the past, so just wanted to let others know to go somewhere else if you want a mature crowd and an enjoyable experience.
RISE on Grand River has made a point to make their shop accessible to all.

Amazing experience. Stopped in looking for a new dab rig and maybe another glass piece, I left with two awesome pieces with all the accessories, a torch and a major sense of fulfillment. Did I mention I paid much less than I had already planned to? The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, I was helped by Nani and she was phenomenal. I would return for her alone, however I will be returning for the selection, deals, and quality I've only been able to find here. There's nothing like coming to a new town and getting what you need at the first place you go to. I highly recommend you give this shop a visit!

Not sure about the other reviews here, but upon entering the store me and my partner were kindly greeted and the attendant Sarah showed us around the store and informed us of the offers happening. Very friendly environment and she helped us find just the right piece. Solid deals and a wide range of glass from purely utilitarian all the way up to high end artistic works. Will definitely be returning.
