Robyn was incredibly thorough and helpful. She made extra time to meet with us on weekends and in the evenings since we're currently remote. This was our first time buying a home and Robyn made it incredibly simple for us. The whole process moved much faster than we anticipated. We can't wait to move into our new home and we couldn't have done it without Robyn and the UHM team.

As anyone who has ever got a mortgage knows, the process is akin to having a root canal. I mean, yes the home buying process is exciting in and of itself, but the mortgage process isn't something people usually find "enjoyable". However, Stacy, our loan officer, walked me through all of my anxiety, stress, and pain of the process and made it an absolute breeze! I mean, I am sure I drove her nuts, and she should probably get hazard pay for that... But, she, and the entire UHM team, made the process smooth sailing! 10/10 would absolutely use UHM again!

Take caution with this company. They will screw you any chance they get. Their appraisers are paid to give an appraisal 1-2 thousand above any offer price. They will never have your back. They lie they are the worst of the worst. I would absolutely never consider recommending them to any one ever, not even an enemy.
