John and his team were excellent throughout my entire home-buying experience. They were very communicative and made sure I knew what I needed to do every step of the way. As a first-time home buyer, John took the time to answer all of my questions and explained things in a way that I could understand. They were quick which was so helpful in this tough market, and made the process seamless.

First time home buyers here. I can’t say enough positive things about this company. From the application process to closing the deal we had no issues. Communication was in a timely manner and efficient and very professional but at the same time made you feel like you were family. (Attempted) first-time homebuyer here - save yourselves a whole lot of time, money, and energy and go with a different company. John and his team were rude, sucked at communication (little to no responding, giving us misleading information, and straight up lying), acted like they were better than us, and didn’t really seem to care about whether or not we would be able to close in time. We lost out on an amazing house because of UHM.

This is the second time i've used union home mortgage. John Duke my loan officer and his team were great to work with. If I had questions through the process, I could reach out to them. They made me feel like a value customer.
