My first time going to Tuffy and it definitely won’t be my last. Mike did a fantastic job fixing my Buick and did everything to make sure my car was good to go. My car had complications and he handled it with ease. The sweet man at the counter was welcoming, informative, and kept me updated about my vehicle. I will definitely be going back when another issue arises. Thank you guys so much!!

These guys are awesome! My mom recommended them after she ran into a tire problem. My daughter ran over a nail and I took the car in after work. Terry @ Tuffy had the tire off and repaired within 15 minutes. I had asked Costco to help me prior to stopping here, but Costco would only make an appointment for two days later and said it would be a minimum of 45 minutes. I would absolutely use this place again.

This place has had my 22 yr old son's truck for almost 2 months. Nothing but excuses when I call. Calling my attorney tomorrow morning, this it utterly UNACCEPTABLE. Definitely take your vehicle ANYWHERE else. 2 enthusiastic thumbs DOWN

Inquiry about fitting my car 2 new tires however before anything I asked how the schedule was being Saturday then couldn't get assurance to be completed that same day, understanding fully as it was now afternoon and the lobby etc seemed full.
Have only heard good things about their auto service but no other experience so 4 star.

Went in for an oil change today. Courteous staff. Service advisor gave me a coupon for a special they were running without me even asking. Very helpful with advice as well.
