Totally love this jewelry store and have used it for years and years. They go out of their way to create exactly what you would like to have. If you give them an amount you'd like to spend, they also work hard to meet that price. The entire staff is great to work with, Bill has made different items for me and keeps me informed as to what is available. I feel comfortable to come in and they polish up all my jewelry quickly and willingly. I cannot say enough about this store, totally LOVE it. Jackie

I made an appointment to have some rings appraised and can’t be more satisfied with the service I received by the people at Sundance Jewelers. They were so welcoming and Bill, the Gemologist, took his time to explain the values given and my options for sale or insurance. I will certainly be back in the future.

Such a wonderful experience with Sundance Jewelers! I went in to get my engagement and wedding band resized and soldered. They are very fairly priced and even worked with the price to get it down a little (without me asking). Also let me talk about the turn around time. It was less than 24 hrs!! Yesss that is not always the case and depends on demand. The fit was also perfect! But I’m so grateful I found this jeweler. And I’ll definitely be back for any needs I may have!

Amazing jewelry store gave me a solid price for the jewelry I came in with and was able to walk out with 2 pieces and a couple hundred dollars. Service was spectacular they polished my ring I wasn’t selling for free and helped me navigate jewelry which I am not very knowledgeable with

I can’t say enough good things about Sundance Jewelers! I came in with a broken engagement ring that was heavily worn and not a clear idea of what to do next. Audrey and Bill helped to redesign the ring so it was much sturdier and added a show stopping diamond to the center. The creativity, attention to detail and communication was awesome the whole way through the process. They were able to remake my ring while still maintaining the original character and using all of the old stones and pieces. We love it!

Sundance helped my fiance customize the most beautiful engagent ring for me! They provided a level of personalized service that is not common; going above and beyond over the course of weeks, which resulted in extremely happy customers. There isn't a jewelry store in Michigan that I could ever recommend more than Sundance!

A wonderful local jewelry store, with customer service second-to-none! Bill and Audrey helped me pick out an engagement ring and then helped us pick out wedding bands a few months later. They took time to answer my questions and offered up various suggestions when I wasn't quite sure, all without making me feel rushed. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them for any of your jewelry needs!
