I would like to complement technical support employee Aili. She was a great help today in getting my Internet set up. She was professional, and walked me through the process after I picked up my cable modem from the office! I wish more people were as patient and kind as her! Thank you very much!

Revised review: After plugging my pc directly into the wall in my apartment complex, Stellar is extremely fast. I gave a meh review before while using wifi, and it wasn't working well, but I think my pc was disconnecting from the wifi for some reason (stupid windows 11). It's super fast now so I give it 5 stars.
