Just quit because during my two shifts, management didn’t train or speak to me. They told me to go on register and then walked away and socialized with other employees. Once sharing my discomfort with that approach and lack of formal training, the behavior continued and I ultimately left the position. Now as a customer when I purchase e book, my code was not working to access it. When I went into store to receive help, my former manager Noah saw who I was, and said to contact the publisher or get a refund. When I told him I’ve contacted many people before coming in, he walked away and told the associate to issue me a REFUND, when they have no other texts to offer. This management is impersonal, lazy and unprofessional at all times. They pick and choose who they will provide proper support and service to and it’s very noticeable. This store represents the university, and comes across as unwilling to work with other demographics and unable to provide customer service to those they failed to integrate into their team. I called 2 dozen times before going to the store in person, given I expected a poor experience given my resignation, and as expected, no calls were ever answered and/or returned.

Bought a book I ended up never needing, and I never even got the book from the online order area. Beth explained the policy throughly and gave me a full refund. Very intelligent worker, with good customer service. Thanks Beth!

I purchased something from the store and after 2 uses, the decal was peeling off after following all of the directions. I went and tried to exchange it and one of the workers was very rude. She accused me purposely damaging the item and said it was my fault it was damaged (even though it wasn’t). She ended up giving me options after taking to the store owner and was allowed to exchange it but she made sure to tell me that “if I do the exchange I can NOT bring it back again if the same thing happens”. She was overall very rude and kept accusing me of things and talked to me in a condescending tone the whole time like I was a child who did something wrong. I have never had this experience before and this is the first item I have ever tried to return or exchange there. I was being very polite but it is clear that she was not willing to be. Very disappointed and will not shop here for a while. No one deserves to be treated that way.

If you are looking for Spartan gear, this is the place. Great selection of both adult and youth stuff. Staff was friendly and helpful. Admittedly went just before the students return and on a weekend. It was tranquil. Not sure that will continue. Excellent shopping experience.
