Teenage went in to get Debit Card after 3 weeks of waiting to get one (keep in mind it only takes 45 mins to get a debit card made at msufcu and other banks). The front desk lady named Dawn Sanders was extremely rude and nasty to my son when he went in, he tried to explain that during the prior appointment, they had told him to just come pick up the debit card by himself and that it will be ready. The employees acted confused when he explained he was there to pick up a debit card. Customer service at this bank in general was really lacking, especially Dawn Sanders who was extremely rude.

I've had so-so experiences here just doing simple teller-assisted transfers, deposits and withdrawals. BUT:1. The number of negative 1-star reviews this location has received and the types of problems described are very troubling.2. PNC should *not* have done away with teller services at the downtown Lansing location on Washington Ave.3. For PNC to close most of their once numerous, neighborhood branches and reduce the total number to just three (3) branch locations to serve customers in the entire Greater Lansing Area is ridiculous, extremely inconvenient and infuriating. The executive bean counters who made that happen in order to save money and increase PNC's profits at the expense and inconvenience of their customers ought to not only be ashamed if themselves; they ought to be fired.

The SLOWEST drive thru every single time. They immediately get on and say there is people in the lobby EVERY time. Maybe close the drive thru if there isn’t staff? Going inside isn’t any faster either. You’ll spend 30 minutes here to make a simple deposit that can’t be read thru ATM. Save yourself and go somewhere else

Got a cashier's check from here for a car purchase, and recently opened the account with PNC as well. Alex was very helpful and kind to us, and even stayed a little later to help us finish up everything we needed. Very clean location, friendly and helpful staff as a whole.

Place is terrible. They are holding my grandmothers money for over a month and refusing to transfer it to the trust account. They don't return calls. They ask foe the same info they already have and stall despite needing to disperse funds in 3 days. This led to late bills for the estate and more expenses for us. Getting a lawyer.

This bank moves slower than a turtle stuck in molasses in a Michigan winter. Horrendous. Completely empty bank I am the single only customer and I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for the employees to quit chit chatting and do their job.

Attempted to deposit cash into my account. Received a “cannot process transaction” error, but the ATM ate the cash and the funds were not applied to my account. Was told by the front desk there was nothing they could do, and they made no offer to assist further. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Tried to deposit cash in the ATM and it spit the money back out at me three times stating that I had too many bills. Had only 20 bills I wanted to put in. Backed out and sent it in through the tube. Immediately was told they'd be with me in a moment. I kid you not, twenty minutes went by and the woman came back on the screen apologizing that she had forgotten about me. Would have left and made it to work on time if they didn't have my cash and card. Extremely disappointed, and I've banked with PNC for 10 years. This isn't the first time I've had long waits and been late for work

The SLOWEST branch in East Lansing. Seriously, don’t waste your time coming here. The drive-thru takes at least 30 minutes every time, and they only leave 1 bank teller open during peak hours. There were 12 of us waiting in the lobby today. What should have been a 5 minute trip turned into 35 minutes before I eventually gave up and left. Seriously PNC, if you don’t have the employees to sufficiently run a branch, you’re better off just closing it!!

This branch lacks customer service quality, especially Lucas. He told my wife one thing and myself a contradicting statement. I paid for two personal checks that my wife (also on the account) used and PNC honored one and rejected another because of an invalid signature (written for our rent). When my wife called he told her the bank was at fault and would cover late fees associated with the rejected payment. Lucas also said the bank would issue out the check to our leasing office, however two weeks have passed without the check being issued. When I called he told me he recommended to my wife to pick up a cashier's check and give that payment to our leasing office, and now the bank would not pay any late fee. Lucas called it an "unfortunate system error" when I spoke to him and refused to have PNC take any accountability. A complete lack of respect for clients and we will now be banking elsewhere.
