Can't even call to schedule or cancel an appointment, stuck on the loop of you're the next caller and put on hold immediately

Impossible to get through to cancel an appointment due to my child being ill. I've been on the same "you're the next called" loop described below for 40 minutes!

I'm just trying to set an appointment for my daughter who was referred there, but when I call I'm put on hold and have to listen to the same looped advertisement for a very long time. I regret waiting/wasting 25 minutes today before I finally gave up and hung up. The automated message kept saying I was the next caller to be answered. You should staff accordingly, and provide patients a voicemail to leave a message. It's rude to waste our time so unnecessarily! If I'm satisfied by the end of the week, I may change or upgrade this review. As of today 3-2-22, we are not impressed.
