The agents are professional, knowledgeable, and always available to assist with any concerns. They took the time to review my current policies and provided recommendations that improved my coverage and saved me money.

Do not work here if you have a disability. I worked here for a year and I have fainting spells which I can not control or know when they are happening. I have a service animal to help alert me to this. They made an accommodation for me to work from home as they didn’t want him in the building and then once I had a fainting spell which was all over my ADA paperwork they said I had to use my PTO for the time as they don’t allow unpaid time off. Which I told them I couldn’t do as my PTO I had was for my wedding which I had thousands of dollars invested into. They just kept saying they don’t do unpaid time off and my PTO much be used for my day I was absent. Even though I HAD A DOCTORS NOTE PROVING MY FAINTING SPELL. So I decided I would put in my two weeks and reapply after my wedding and wedding related events to resolve the issue. Then on the Friday before my two weeks were up I get a random teams call from two people who I have never talked to about the situation before. Saying that they are marking me unhirable for the future and that I can clock off after the call and be done as I had 30 hours of unworked time. Which was not true! Also I was still in my training phase at this company. So my numbers were not supposed to be held against me regardless. They did this all as a cover up to the fact they wanted me gone due to my disability. Or me to sue them for this. So don’t work here if you have a disability….

Nice pleasant people. Orientation was just tour and talk. No real training on the computer system and depending on your schedule you might be able to retain all of the information thrown at you. 3 different ways you must sign in and out.Loved how they just assumed you'll automatically know who to email and have their email addresses. Before fully trained on one job they send you on more difficult job that you'll need more hands on training. Scared me cause not 100% trained and I am responsible for life insurance for people who have been paying years for coverage and a partial trained guy is handling it.Not familiar with system. Not familiar with the new one they threw at me. $100,000 + of dollars decided by a person who had little training. Stressful. Sink or swimSecond star is just because of the people that are there. Super nice. When they did hear about the training program and the way it went they'd try to help out.

Sux. Since it was installed I've always drove past thinking it was something cool like a PC Bang in EL. Something useful. A space for young people to enjoy life and similar interests.Instead, it's an actual insurance company. Lame. Totally not hip or trendy. No video games allowed in or outside of the building. All those nice computers doing TPS reports instead. Not cool. ??

This Company is best. They told my friend what he needed to do.Once the information was completed and sent back it didn't take long for the pay out.
