At a minimum, No Spartan fan or MSU student should ever give this company your business.
This company began towing cars during an MSU football game by the abandoned sears in Frandor, including mine. They ransom the vehicles for over $300 for parking in an abandoned lot that fans have used for years and years.
You will not see a sign or any warning that they will tow you. When talking to the tow driver he pointed across the lot to signs that look like a handicap parking spot sign. The signs do not indicate that it’s the sears lot. You can be parked far from any sign and they’ll take your car. It is so unclear some fans had simply reported their cars stolen.
This is a predatory company that behaves in an unethical and thuggish manner. I would absolutely never trust this company with repair work.

Always love the quality of work was disappointed when I called for a tow wish they would have told me of their current backlog so I might had be able to make a more timely repair decision.

Just worked with these guys today. Called this morning to request the tow, phone call was short and sweet, and the tow driver was on site within 30 minutes. A lot faster than expected! I signed for the service and then an invoice link was sent to me in a text after the vehicle was dropped off and I was able to pay for the service with my phone. After an extremely stressful and frustrating week I appreciate H&H being so helpful, punctual, and competent! I’ll definitely recommend and use this service in the future.

Josh and his staff are absolutely amazing! I called them and within an hour they picked up my vehicle. They handled all the insurance information and repaired my car less than two weeks.
