The woman who has short black hair is super rude. I walked in to donate clothes and wasn’t greeted at all. Then I was told to put my donation in the bin to the left, didn’t know she was talking to me since there were two other people working near her and she said “jeeze, I thought I was talking to myself for a minute”. Might want to be polite because there may be someone who has a disability that comes in there and is hard of hearing. Also, maybe spread some positivity instead of being rude and not saying a word to greet someone who is being generous to donate their belongings.

Easy, quick, service. Donation center only. Staff member on hand was helpful and cordial. All around pleasant experience.

Dropped a couple bags off at 5:50pm on a Saturday and the staff was extremely rude. She seemed very upset that I had showed up, exclaiming “You do know that we close at 6pm!” and then proceeded to stand there in a huff while I unloaded the bags from my car. Normally the staff helps unload and seems much more helpful.
