I came in for a simple oil change. My skid plate fell off when I drove out of the lot. I came back and told the front desk what happened and they said “I tried to get it on but your screw was messed up” Crazy how the entire time I was there and the entire interaction we had while I was paying it was never once mentioned to me the screw was messed up or the skid plate would be loose. Only told me after I came back to let them know it fell off in the middle of a busy road. Now I don’t have a skid plate. $146 wasted. So who is going to pay for a new skid plate? Crazy.

Went in because of low tire pressure warning. Normally I get kind of worried going to car shops, I come from work in a suit and they see me as a dollar sign. Dakota was very nice and professional, explained to me that it was normal for pressure to go down when it was cold. Put air in my tires for free and did not talk to me like I was an idiot which was very appreciated. When I go back I’ll ask for Dakota!

My boyfriend’s car has been there for 4 months, they told him it wouldn’t be there any longer than a month (which we thought was a joke) and have received zero calls since then. He’s called quite a few times now only to be hit with the “oh we’re doing an inspection” or “oh we ordered the wrong parts and had to reorder the right ones” or the famous “we’ll call you back in a few days”. come to find out from a friend who went there to check it out himself, they haven’t even started on it yet. This is absolutely insane. It’s one thing to have a car there for a while because you may have a lot to do, but it’s another thing to straight up lie about being too lazy to start on a car. Y'all owe him the best discount of his life AT LEAST. And if you want this review taken down, make it free xo

I brought my car in for a tire alignment and to have my car diagnosed for a mechanical issue and repaired. Tire alignment went fine, however, they diagnosed a clunking noise to a faulty nylon gear in the power steering pump. Stated they couldn't repair it for unknown reasons and that I should take it to a Hyundai dealership. I've since taken it to a different shop and it was diagnosed as something completely different (front sway bar links needed replacing). If we're paying to have an issue diagnosed, it should be diagnosed properly.

This establishment put the wrong oil in my truck and gave me a hard time and got aggressive with me because I caught their mistake and they floored my truck through their parking lot and claimed they fixed the mistake in a fraction of the time the original service took. The staff also lied to me about who the manager was and when I got ahold of the district manager he was just as rude and refused to give me a refund even though I had to go to another location to ensure my service was done right. Do not bring your vehicle here if you want it to keep running my truck has had a weird tick since this situation happened. The staff also had non employee significant others in the work bays and the staff didn't seem to care about the work that needed done just the pda with the people that probably shouldn't have been there. During my visit I also had to hear about how they think they messed up some collage kids sports care doing a service wrong and laughing about it

I would give this place a One star. Came to do my vehicle inspection and they told me nothing beyond what I told them at the first place. I made an appointment but it took a WHILE to get my vehicle back. Crazy place and no, please don’t come here.

Called for estimate late, after 2:30p on a Saturday. I recited my tire specs and was advised that only if I was to arrive within the next 30 mins they will get me in & out and did have the size in stock.
So furthermore I received a call back with a fair comparable cost within 2 mins. 4 stars as I use service elsewhere.
Very polite, understanding
and accommodating.

I hope it wasn't a rarity, but this crew worked with me to sort out an unusual tire valve stem retrofit that needed repair. If the customers arrive informed about the variables resulting from tire/wheel components ailments (such as sidewall punctures or alignment issues) and the repair costs, then the best economical course of action can be exercised without surprise.

The staff is professional but their prices are just exorbitant and unjustified they told me the same diagnostic as Autozone but charged me crazy in my opinion for that. Also the wait time was like 4 hours even after taking the appointment. Not recommended at all stay away

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Never fixed my problem! Had my car for 4 days! My car is still not running properly. I had to take it to Belle Tire down the road! Take your car elsewhere! No follow-up and I had to call everyday for an update! Stay far away from this place!
