Just moved into Dutch Hills....very impressed with the way the community it maintained. Bree, the leasing manager is super nice and very helpful....she goes above and beyond to help you get approved to rent one of their homes. The leasing assistant is very nice also. If something needs to be fixed, the maintenance guys are immediately there fixing whatever needs to be fixed. They care about their residents! I am very happy living here. So far it's been quiet, others are respectful of each other. Bree has taken over this property and has really turned things around from when the other Leasing manager ran it. Bree is wonderful!

I apologize for the delay in writing this review, as it has been an incredibly busy week. Nonetheless, I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Bree, the leasing agent at Dutch Hill. From my initial inquiry about renting to the moment I was fully moved in (a span of about five days), Bree's assistance was exceptional.
Despite my nervousness about the approval process, Bree swiftly alleviated all our concerns with her efficient work and reassuring demeanor. Her professionalism and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. Thank you, Bree, for your hard work and for helping my family and me find a place we can proudly call home.

Bree is incredible! I was in a bind as my original pre-lease fell through (different company) and got me into her community within 48 hours! Not only that, she showed me a unit that I didn't even apply for because it wasn't listed and she wasn't sure if was going to be ready in time. Thankfully it was, because it is a MILLION times nicer than I was expecting and I ended up in a nicer house and community than I was originally going through. Not to mention, she moved the washer & dryer from the other unit that was left behind for us into our new place!
Couldn't be happier settling into my new place with all new floors and a ginormous kitchen,

My boyfriend forgot to turn off auto pay after he moved out and they have refused to give him back his $2,250. He has called, emailed, sent a letter, and stopped by the leasing office. No one will return his phone calls or respond to his emails. The place was also a disaster. The trim was coming off the windows and doors, the entire window casing was loose in his bedroom, the heat made a constant clicking noise through out the night that maintenance never fixed, even though multiple requests were made. Customer service has been terrible. I would not recommend living here, mainly for that reason.

My daughter Bought a home in this pack & about 7 months ago & it was great the lady's in the office was great Lori & Dari but know they have a lady in the office as at Property Manager that is very rude disrespectful to people. My daughter have tried to contact corporate know one have return her phone calls or mine I wish we had asked about this place before my daughter Purchased out there.

My stepdaughter's daughter and son lives in the park. It seems to be a very clean park. I have talked to a few of the neighbors, and they all seem to be very friendly.

The women in the leasing office are extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful when speaking to residents. Every time I have to go in there it is extremely frustrating and I’m never able to get answers or help with my issues.
