I love going to see Dr. Morris- my husband and I followed him from his former practice. I am here to tell you he treats you like a human not a number and I have never felt less than. He has done nothing but go above and beyond for me and my husband as patients, including a call after hours to complete documents I needed for FMLA… NO ONE DOES THAT!!! Same for Hannah, one of the PA’s there. Sure, there are times they run behind, but I will 100%- with no hesitation- wait to be treated like I am a human, not a number, and know I’m seen and heard. Support staff have not always friendly, respectful, helpful, or responsive…however, anytime I have shared these issues and concerns with Dr. Morris or Hannah about the situation- which was not taken lightly- and they showed genuine concern. It was very apparent at the next visit that these issues had been addressed and changed. I feel all changes in this office have been for the better and made to improve the office overall. As someone who has worked in the medical field for many years, I may have a different view than most, but can honestly say I could not recommend this office more. There is so much that can impact the office that is not in the hands or control of the physician or office itself- changes in what insurance companies are doing/covering, short staffing, etc. I will accept that and openly share any other issues with the Dr. directly in providing the opportunity for them to know/understand what struggles or treatment are coming from their office. I am here to tell you though, I have had HORRIBLE experiences in the past and this has hands down been the best experience as a patient that I’ve ever had, especially from my health care providers. I do not hesitate in giving them 5 stars because I truly believe they are fully committed to continue making improvements and provide the best patient care possible. Any office that is willing to learn and grow from poor feedback/difficult situations to then constantly work to make improvements and adjustments for the better speaks volumes in my book.

Myself and other family members have gone to this office for years. It has been wonderful. However last week I went for an appointment and left my leopard print coat. I realized it after hours so called the first thing the next morning. A receptionist answered and said she would ask "the girls in the back"if they had seen it. Very quickly she came back and said no one had seen it. The tech who took my blood pressure had commented how much she liked my coat. I hope there are cameras to see what happened. I am not accusing anyone I just want to know what happened to my coat.

Extremely difficult to get prescriptions refilled in a timely manner. Like 2-4 phone calls every time.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cornerstone Family Practise. Dr Ivan Morris and Hannah Finnerty,PA. Both are thorough, expert and patient. Office Manager Becky Anderson sets the tone with the kind, friendly staff. Quick response to calls/emails. They worked hard to sort out an insurance problem for me. SO GRATEFUL!!

I was referred by a friend 3 years ago and have only great things to say about Cornerstone Family Practice. I’ve seen Cindy Denk and Kimberly Huhn, both LISTENED which is HUGE because we all know that it takes a special provider to actually listen. I have numerous health issues stemming from an injury over 20 years ago and recently learned of an autoimmune condition I have because they listen and they REFER!!! They don’t pretend to be specialists. I have an excellent healthcare team because of my family doctor, friends that speak openly about their experiences with their specialists so I know who to ask to be referred to for specific conditions, and my willingness to take medication and educate myself about what is going on inside my body because that will allow me to make diet and exercise changes. I haven’t done the last 2 things but I know what I need to do to feel better.
Thank you Cornerstone Family Practice for making life easier for me to navigate ❤️

The office manager becky is a nightmare as far as a staff point of view. She has no idea how to run a health clinic. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office through a phone call, if your lucky enough to get a call answered, they put you on hold until you hang up. Wait times are horrendous. You might find a good provider but they won't stay employed there long because the office manager is anything but a manager.

I love Dr. Morris, otherwise I'd switch practices. Billing and reception are awful. Beyond awful. They had me crying in the waiting room because they refused to let me see the doctor over a $111 balance no one mentioned when I scheduled my appointment.

I could write a couple paragraphs about what I've experienced these past 2 days. I'm simply trying to get a referral so I can have some specialists help with my back/hip pain, and I've had 2 separate telehealth appointments which the office and/or physician who were supposed to call me, completely mess up and I've never received the phone call. I have tried calling them multiple times and staff say that I should be receiving a phone call. NOTHING has happened yet. Now it's closing time for them and I'm sure I'll just get lost in the shuffle over the weekend. Abosulte garbage! I've been a patient for about 18 months and I've never had a "good" experience at your office. Goodbye Cornerstone!Edit: After reading someone else's previous review about a prescription not being called into a pharmary, come to think of it....the same thing happened to me in October. I had a physical and was prescribed a medicine so I went to the pharmacy the next day and they had no record of it being sent to them.

I’ve been waiting two weeks for a call back.. they love to NOT refill my thyroid meds. I’ve been on the same meds for over thirty years and they make me fight for it EVERY time. It is a true privilege to find a good doctor who cares, but let’s be clear.. they work for us ultimately. I’ve had a headache every single day for two weeks being out of this medicine.. left several messages with two of the doctor’s answering services over two weeks asking what I needed to do.. my pharmacy called...nothing. I was trying to be patient and wait for their return call but didn’t want to go through another weekend without my medicine and this headache is crippling. They closed way earlier than their scheduled hours today so I had to call the on-call doctor service.. I’m now waiting for that. Over 20 years I’ve been going to cornerstone family practice, but if they don’t call back tonight, I am saying goodbye. I deserve to be well.

I have been going to Cornerstone for approximately 5 years and the level of care has considerably decreased. The last straw was when I went for a medication check and was supposed to have three refills. However, they only gave me one script, so I was without my medicine, and they refused to fix it without another appointment. Going off the medication is a huge no-no and I was forced to miss several days of work because of it. I have not had the same provider over the last year, constantly getting new people, as well as the whole front office has changed over. The office manager seemed completely inept, and did not seem to be understanding or be sympathetic to my situation. Very disappointing and have been considering leaving for a couple of years, but not getting my meds appropriately was enough for me.

I was a patient in this practice for over 10 years. Got sick with covid, called to the office and asked to take a message for any available PA to prescribe me paxlovid or anything that would help me. I had 103.1 fever that was difficult to reduce with tylenol and ibuprofen. Nobody bothered to return my phone call. Called later again to a physician on call.....twice. I couldn't believe, but nobody called me back. I think it's time to find a different primary care provider.
