Whoever Tasia is, her customer service over the phone is garbage. Every time I go into the branch everyone is very nice and helpful, however I call for the branch managers name and email for a company related reason, and I'm met with a crap attitude and her asking me why I'm even asking for that information? Probably because I need it? Because my company banks there? Apparently, my reason for needing such basic information didn't make sense to her.

If you have any business related issues do not go to this location. None of the bankers know how to answer questions or resolve anything. The banker I specifically went to was not helpful or friendly. They also did not follow through with what they needed to update, ultimately leading to more problems on my end. If I could give zero stars I would.

Had a great experience here. Teagan was super polite and friendly, and she assisted me with all my queries. It was my first time depositing cash in an ATM, and she helped me with that too. Overall I was super happy with the experience. Thanks to Teagan Grady once again for making my experience so great!

THANK YOU KATIE! Had to do a lot of running around because of the phone employees (not the ones at this branch). Katie fixed my problem within an hour!! Also called me personally to give sympathy about the situation. I was about to switch banks because of this issue but Katie and her employees stopped that thought.

Was greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Thought we would get our power of attorney paperwork in the system. Nope your not going to keep my copies as I have other banks to give this to. Power of attorney from Arizona and another one traveling full time and not in Michigan won't work for us not when they have to come to Lansing to sign papers if approved by the bank. For gods sake the papers were written by an attorney. I walked out of this bank. Will deal with a real bank somewhere else. We are Chase Private Clients and must be the lady didn't know about that program or she was new and had no clue??? Frustrating

This location is not a real branch. There are no cashiers. Its just an "online branch", meaning everything you can do online but do not know how, they will do it for you. No point going to this branch.

Worst bank ever. All locations in the greater Lansing/East Lansing area. I've never experienced such horrendous, lazy, rude, careless customer service in my life. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau-which will likely do nothing. Chase bank has been holding several thousand dollars of my money since December. The disorganization is outrageous. All I did was move, change my address, and close my Chase account. Because during the pandemic, my driver's license expired. They wouldn't except any other for of ID. It has taken me 3 months to renew my license. Chase finally cuts the check but won't tell me when I will get it. No tracking number, no nothing. So my money is floating around in space somewhere and Chase can't confirm anything. WORST BANK EVER.
