“College Manor is a fantastic place to live, on the backside of Grand River, across from the MSU Campus. The property manager, Mr. Ed is the upmost professional, working tirelessly for the tenants. I was a commuter, living there on the weekends, while attending graduate school at MSU from 2021-2024. I rented my unit, site unseen, based on ONE conversation with Mr. Ed. The entire College Manor team are outstanding and I highly recommend renting a unit here! FIVE STARS from Dr. Nikki! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
