“Steve is a lifesaver i was stuck in my 26ft box truck on a hill he got the city plow to come help and got me back to the main roads. We were from grand rapids and didnt know the area. He came quick and made sure we got back to the main road at 11:30 pm.”

Spoke with owner/operator, super nice guy, and he explained that this was not a common issue and some of it was as a result of tenants - someone tried to unfreeze their storage unit by pouring water on the ice outside the unit which leaked into the unit, and adjoining units, and some people were not ensuring their storage unit doors were closed all the way.”
