Wyatt was simply outstanding, he never stopped working until our house was sold. It was a classic home, at the very high end of the market, but he had it sold in just a matter of months, despite the few buyers at the house's market level. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Wyatt was a huge help in buying our home! We were moving from out of state and he not only went way above and beyond to show us homes both virtually (through video calls) and in person, but gave us a great feel for the different neighborhoods we looked at and the pros and cons of each. He made what could be a very stressful process easy and enjoyable.

At our first meeting, I was impressed with the presentation binder that he had created explaining the market and how to prep for the sale. It took several months for me to actually initiate the sale process and Wyatt was never pressing me to get it listed. He had a great photographer who took the listing photos that certainly helped in the selling process. While there were obstacles and challenges involved that made this much longer than either of us hoped or expected, Wyatt again kept in communication about the delays and helped keep me remain positive and calm. I can't recommend Wyatt enough, this process was challenging for his team as well, but I am so happy that I made the choice to be his client.

Wyatt was an all around pleasure to work with. My wife and I have had mixed experiences with realtors in the past, and now Wyatt has shown us what working with the best is like. Our concerns with realtors were obvious ones like "How do we know that they're fully on top of the market", "Do they really know our wants/needs for our next home", etc...Wyatt put an end to these concerns almost immediately. We were picky, but he kept showing us homes and helped us navigate an extremely difficult market. In the end, Wyatt found us our dream home and helped us across the finish line. Wyatt partnered with us for the past 6 months to help us navigate an extremely difficult market. He represented us in both buying our new home and selling our previous home. His knowledge of the market and attention to detail in both the listing and selling process provided us with a huge amount of peace of mind. He's also simply an all-around great person and very down to earth and practical with his advice.
