Daniel was absolutely amazing helping me with three different tasks I came to the UPS store to complete. By far the best interaction I've had with a UPS store employee in my 35 years.

This is the best location in Grand Rapids. Whenever I go in here there’s never anybody in line. And the guys who work here are laid-back and chill and no drama. I get my business done and I’m able to leave in a jiff. It’s just always such a pleasant experience.

This is the best UPS store by far. The employees are so helpful and I love being able to park in a parking lot to go there. Sam helped me with print job and the photos of my kids turned out so beautiful. Thank you!!!!!!
