Tiff was great in helping us find a house in MI while we were still living in WV. He gathered whatever info we wanted about the houses and recorded all the walkthroughs for us. He may look young, but was very professional and advocated for us when we needed it. Cheryl made the right choice to bring him onto her team.

Cheryl Grant has done it again for our family! She has been our realtor more than once for our moves in Grand Rapids. Cheryl has that rare ability to really listen...she intuitively "gets" what her clients want and need, and I always feel like I have been heard. We needed to sell our home this year in the dead of winter. Dana worked with us and helped us get things perfectly staged and ready to go. Cheryl was with us every step of the way, and even with a family emergency she never let anything slip by untended, and following up on every showing and feedback. I think her deep experience in this market means she has valuable contacts and a real knowledge of home values that helped us with the selling and the buying.
