“Joe Russman is not only an excellent mechanic, but a truly kind human being who goes out of his way to help. One week ago, my car died while traveling across the state, and I was stranded at the Portland rest area. I called several shops, but only Joe had any compassion, saying "if it was me, I would want someone to help." He was just as swamped as everyone else, but he has a heart, so he fit me in. It turned out to be a broken serpentine belt that caused the alternator to stop working. Joe quickly ordered the part, replaced the belt, charged a fair and honest rate, and even offered helpful advice on upcoming maintenance needs for my vehicle. While there, I enjoyed conversation with the lovely lady in the office, and even bought some beef from his cattle ranch, while is situated behind the shop. I recommend Joe as a highly skilled, honest, and caring mechanic. You can't go wrong with this business.”
