“I will never buy jewelry anywhere else again. They actually make sure the little stem of the earring matches the depth of your ear and the back does not stick into your head! I have never had jewelry fit or feel better. I will also never go anywhere else to get a piercing again. Way better to go to a place that only does piercings for a perfect experience. It’s more expensive than Amazon, but well worth it.”

“I am skeptical of jewelry stores. The reason: the likelihood their pricing is higher than it should (due to the nature of the product line) seems to be common. That said, the metal band on my favorite Seiko watch was broken and I wanted to get it repaired. Decided to take it to Swierenga. They provided great service, even though I wasn't a prior customer. They worked on my watch immediately and, just a few minutes later, I had my watch back, fully repaired. Here's the kicker.. the bill for the repair was low, much lower than I expected. Swierenga broke through my skepticism regarding jewelry stores and their pricing. Will definitely give them more business in the future.”
